Dinan thoroughly matches the struts and shocks used in our suspension systems for the best possible handling as well as providing the most comfortable ride possible in a performance suspension package. As an example, Dinan changes the valving, droop limits, and lengths of the shocks and struts used in many of our systems to match our performance springs. Because the springs and shocks are matched so carefully, we recommend buying them in a set for best results. We also offer two shock and strut programs, Bilstein or Koni. The Koni front struts are rebound adjustable via a knob located at the top, offering quick and easy modification for ride comfort and optimum handling.
It became apparent during R&D that suspension geometry and alignment were just as important as shocks, springs and antiroll bars when it came to improving handling.
