1997 BMW M3 -4 / Owner:Tom Wright This is truly a rare e36 M3 on many fronts. First it is a 4 door model. The majority of the cars that were built were 2 door coupes. This car has been modified with HR springs and Bilstein shocks, this accounts for the lowered ride height. BBS RKII seventeen inch wheels put the power to the pavement. A Nikolas Motorsport limited slip differential carries a 3.97 rear gear and an upgraded differential carrier assembly.  Underhood a Dinan supercharged has been fitted to the factory M3 motor. In addition several other Dinan products have been added to help this engine breath. A High flow throttle body, cold air intake assembly and a high flow air meter take care of the incoming air. A Stage 5 engine software modification along with an altered auto transmission program allow the car to process all that extra air to the utmost efficiency. |

 This M3 carries a 5 speed automatic transmission. Yes an M3 automatic. There have been very few M cars to come out of Munich without a stir stick in the center console.  All of the expended gases are routed through a Dinan free flow exhaust system. This car has also been equipped with an upgraded BMW M Sport Brake system, continuing to utilize the factory ABS system. |
